Most of our customers opt for Non-Daily Metered (NDM) supplies, ideal for smaller businesses and locations where daily gas consumption measurement isn’t practical.

Instead of daily submissions, customers can send us their meter readings at their convenience by simply taking a photo of their meter. Daily usage is then estimated using an industry-standard algorithm that considers several factors:

Smart Meter

In line with our commitment to modernize energy management, we plan to launch smart gas meters by early 2025, similar to our electricity services.

We are currently setting up the necessary systems to ensure that our smart meters will automatically transmit readings to us, removing the hassle of manual submissions and ensuring your monthly bills are both accurate and affordable.
